Customer Impact:
During the maintenance window, customers may experience reduced availability or downtime of the Enovation sFTP Platform (BIP). This may result in delays in the processing and exchange of messages through affected channels, including AS2, Web Services, SFTP, Email, and X.400.

Root Cause:
Planned emergency maintenance by our external infrastructure provider. Software updates will be performed on the underlying infrastructure.

Additional Information:
The maintenance is expected to take approximately four hours. During this period, intermittent service degradation may occur.
