Investigating - Currently we are facing an issue for our international export packet products for destinations outside of the EU.

When you try to pre-announce a shipment, the following error will be triggered.
“Customs segment is required”.

This error is presented, even when a correct customs segment is provided. We are currently investigating this issue and will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

Scheduled - We will perform mandatory database maintenance on our platform on Monday, April 14th, from 01:30 to 02:30 CET.

During this maintenance window, the Send & Track API's (Labelling, Barcode, Confirming, Shipment, and Shippingstatus) will experience downtime.

We expect up to 30 minutes of unavailability during this period. No action is required on your end. If your integration includes automated retries, please ensure it can handle temporary downtime gracefully.
